To qualify for a refund under our 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee, you must meet the following requirements within the 30-day period:

1. Complete All Sections of the Course: You must fully complete every module and section of the course during the 30 days. All progress is tracked via our educational platform Mighty Network.

2. Submit All Assigned Homework: Each module contains actionable homework assignments. All assignments must be completed and submitted as directed within the program.

3. Attend Weekly Coaching Calls: Participation in all group coaching calls scheduled during the 30-day period is mandatory. Attendance will be tracked. These calls are a time for members to ask any questions related to the course material.

Refund requests will not be granted for changes of mind, personal drama, or other non-performance-related reasons. Documentation of completed work may be requested as proof of your commitment to the program. Dispute Resolution by Mandatory Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

**PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT REQUIRES YOU TO ARBITRATE DISPUTES WITH THE DEFI PATH™ AND LIMITS HOW YOU CAN SEEK RELIEF.**

Except where prohibited by law, any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration, conducted confidentially by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). By agreeing to this provision, you waive your right to a court trial and a jury trial.

You also agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. This arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and will survive the termination of your relationship with The DeFi Path™.

Except where prohibited, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products or services purchased through the Site shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and held in Texas, unless the parties agree otherwise. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve any dispute relating to the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms, including the arbitrability of any claim. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in arbitration, except as otherwise provided by the AAA rules or applicable law.

In agreeing to this provision, you and The DeFi Path™ waive any rights to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. If any portion of this arbitration provision is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. Arbitration proceedings shall remain confidential to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the existence of any arbitration shall not be disclosed to third parties, except as required by law or to enforce an arbitration award.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will still be enforceable to the fullest extent allowed by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Any unenforceable portion will be severed from these Terms without affecting the rest of the agreement.

Additional Prohibited Actions

By using the Site and its services, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from accessing or using the Site, including but not limited to actions like “hacking” or defacing any portion of the Site;

• All members are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous attitude toward other group members at all times. Failure to do so may result in immediate removal from the group without a refund.

The DeFi Path™ reserves the right to cancel your subscription or suspend your access to the Site at its sole discretion.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any policies or operating rules posted by The DeFi Path™ on the Site, constitute the entire agreement between you and The DeFi Path™. They supersede and replace any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether oral or written.
